Known Issues

Customers Running on Windows XP

Some players running on Windows XP are experiencing issues accessing the Cake Poker software. When opening the software, you may see a pop up that informs you the connection has failed and is retrying. If you continue to have trouble accessing the software after a few tries, you may need obtain the latest service pack for Windows XP. Service packs keep your operating system (Windows XP) up to date.

Customers with Microsoft E-mail addresses (Hotmail, msn, etc)

If you've contacted Support from any Microsoft e-mail account, please be advised that there may be some delay in you getting your reply. We suggest using an alternate e-mail to contact Support if the matter is urgent.

Customers with Microsoft Vista (all versions)

Please install Vista Service Pack 1 or hotfix from Microsoft. This will solve graphical problems while playing poker for long periods of time.

Customers with Vista unable to find their Player notes

Players on Vista can find the notes they made on other players at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Cake Poker\Notes
